Therapy

I believe real underlying and meaningful change is possible by collaboratively working together to understand and address your difficulties and feelings in context of your current circumstances and past experiences. Having trained pluralistically in different therapeutic approaches as a Counselling Psychologist (Psychodynamic, Humanistic and third-wave Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy) and undergone further training in various evidence-based approaches (Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach but work integratively to best suit your needs and situation.
