In addition to attending various supervisor trainings, I have over a decades' experience offering individual and group supervisions in the NHS for mental health and allied health care professionals. I draw upon a range of theoretical models, with specialist interest in psychodynamic approaches that is tailored to your practice and setting. I am also IEDTA-certified ISTDP Supervisor and Teacher. Building a safe and trusting supervisory relationship is integral to the way I work to best support you reflect on and develop your practice in a clinically robust, thoughtful and ethical way.
