As a Counselling Psychologist and Psychodynamic therapist, I work across the NHS,  independent practice and higher education in clinical, supervisory, managerial and teaching roles.

In the NHS, I have over a decade's experience of working in different settings with a variety of presentations - from anxiety, depression to relationship difficulties, self-defeating and complex trauma - with compassion and cultural sensitivity. I also enjoy my role offering supervision, reflective practices and contributing to training as Visiting Lecturer at City University London's Counselling Psychology doctorate programme.

 

I am an accredited member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HPCP) and International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA). I am committed to continuous training and development as well as staying up to date with the latest research and guidelines.
