FAQ

Who do I work with?

I see individual adults aged 18+ and couples.

I work with people who wish to get help with the following difficulties but by no means limited to:

  • anxiety, panic attacks and stress

  • depression or emotional numbness

  • relationship difficulties

  • trauma ranging from single incidents to cumulative and complex

  • medically unexplained symptoms

  • adjustment to physical health conditions

  • cross-cultural issues from cultural assimilation to racism and discrimination

  • bereavement or loss

When are sessions available?

I currently have availability on Wednesdays for online sessions and Thursdays for in person sessions.

How long are the sessions?

I offer 60 or 90 minute sessions, at weekly or fortnightly intervals. All insurance-funded sessions are 50 minutes.

How much are the sessions?

Please enquire if you are interested in self-funding - I have some reduced fee spaces.

I am also registered with most major insurance companies.

Where do we meet?

I offer both online and in person sessions.

My consultation room is 5 minutes' walking distance from Victoria tube station on the Victoria line and District & Circle lines, and connected to Southern rail way.

I'm interested - what happens next?

Once you get in touch, I will usually invite you to let me know more about what you would like some help with and arrange an initial consultation.

At the end of our initial consultation, we can discuss whether you would like us to continue working together and agree on for how long for, which we can review on a regular basis.
