Who do I work with?
I see individual adults aged 18+ and couples.
I work with people who wish to get help with the following difficulties but by no means limited to:
anxiety, panic attacks and stress
depression, emotional numbness or low confidence
trauma ranging from single incidents to cumulative and complex
medically unexplained symptoms
adjustment to physical health conditions
cross-cultural issues from cultural assimilation to racism and discrimination
When are sessions available?
I currently have availability throughout the week and limited availability on weekends.
How long are the sessions?
I offer 60 or 90 minute sessions, at flexible intervals.
How much are the sessions?
My fee is £110 for 60 minute sessions, and £165 for 90 minute sessions.
I have increased my reduced fee spaces in response to the current climate - please contact me for further details.
I am also registered with most major insurance companies.
Where do we meet?
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
My consultation room is 5 minutes' walking distance from Victoria tube station, zone 1, on the Victoria line and District & Circle lines.
Please note that I am offering online sessions only at the moment in response to Covid-19.
I'm interested - what happens next?
Once you get in touch, I will usually invite you an initial, brief telephone call to hear more about what you would like some help with and arrange an initial consultation.
At the end of our initial consultation, we can discuss whether you would like us to continue working together and agree on for how long for, which we can review regularly.
